Getting to Ridge Hill

Directions

Take FDR Dr to I-87 N. Follow I-87 N to Ridge Hill Blvd. Take exit 6A from I-87 N. Turn right onto Ridge Hill Blvd.
Take I-684 S to Saw Mill Pkwy S. Take exit 5 for Saw Mill Pkwy. Use the right two lanes to the Sprain Brook Pkwy. Take exit for Tuckahoe Rd and turn right at the second light onto Ridge Hill Blvd.
Take Rte 4E to I-95 Lower Level N/U.S. 1 Lower Level N. Take exit 1C-D to merge onto I-87 N. Take exit 6A for Ridge Hill Blvd. Turn right onto Ridge Hill Blvd.

PARKING

Ridge Hill features an abundance of parking, including street level options and five garages. For added convenience, TEXT2PARK is a QR-based payment system that allows guests to pay once and park in any of our garages during their visit. License plate recognition makes it easy to move throughout the property without being assigned to a specific garage or space.

To start a parking session, text RIDGEHILL1 to 25023 or scan the QR code posted on signage throughout the garages and follow the prompts. Message and data rates may apply.

 

Guests who are unable to use a mobile device can pay at kiosks located at:

  • Market Street Garage: Main level, near Whole Foods Market
  • Archer Garage: First floor, near the elevator by L.L.Bean
  • North Otis Garage: Third level, next to Showcase Cinemas
  • Garage exit lanes: Pay stations are also available at each garage exit

 

Garage Parking Rates

  • 0–30 minutes: Free
  • 31 minutes–3 hours: $5
  • 3–6 hours: $6
  • 6 hours–closing: $11 flat rate

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available as an optional amenity in front of 73 Market Street.

  • Standard vehicle: $11
  • Vehicle with handicap tag: $5.50

 

Short-Term Pick-Up Parking

Designated short-term parking spaces are available throughout the property for quick pick-ups and are limited to 10-15 minutes.
