Havana Central evokes the 1950s golden era of Cuba, capturing Havana’s heyday as the world’s most tantalizing playground through its festive ambiance, vibrant décor and mouth-watering food. Executive Chef Stanley Licairac’s traditional dishes like Vaca Frita, Ropa Vieja and Arroz con Pollo are an unmistakable celebration of Cuban cuisine. The cocktail list includes signature sips like Mojitos and Sangrias; its wine list is filled with Latin American favorites. The first Havana Central opened in New York City’s Union Square neighborhood in June 2002 (it was closed in 2011), followed by Havana Central Times Square in 2005, Havana Central West End in 2007, Havana Central Ridge Hill and Roosevelt Field in 2012. Lunch and dinner are served daily (hours vary by location); Sunday Brunch is available from 10:30am-2:30pm. For more information, visit www.havanacentral.com.
