Kids spun dreidels, colored Hanukah-themed picture puzzles, ate donuts and sang holiday songs at annual celebration

YONKERS, NY—Thursday, December 18, 2014—At this fun and joyful celebration of the Festival of Lights, kids enjoyed jelly donuts and chocolate gelt while watching expert ice-artist TJ Nealy create a one-of-a-kind ice Menorah.

Leading the celebration was Rabbi Mendy Hurwitz. Chabad of Yonkers, Mayor Mike Spano, Council President Liam McLaughlin,Councilmember Michael Sabatino, New York State Assemblymember Shelley Mayer, Ridge Hill General Manager Andrew Hardy and former City Council President Chuck Lesnick.
