Jeffrey Katzenberg and Shrek to Launch DreamWorks DreamPlace “The North Pole Adventure,” a high-tech reinvention of the Santa Experience at Westchester’s Ridge Hill

Attraction is the first of eight DreamPlace sites across the country this holiday season—the only one in the New York Metropolitan Region

This first-of-its-kind experience blends storytelling and cutting-edge technology—taking families on an interactive journey that starts with Shrek and ends with a personal visit with Santa!

Visuals will include an eye-popping 2,000sf holiday cottage featuring animated surfaces powered by more than 3.1 million pixels and surrounded by 15,000 animated LED lights.

Katzenberg, Santa Claus and a seven-foot-tall Shrek will welcome pre-schoolers from the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester as the first to experience this revolutionized and magical adventure to find Santa.

The Honor Choir from Yonkers’ Lincoln High School will entertain the crowd with holiday music.

A Toy Drive to benefit the Boys and Girls Club will take place at Westchester’s Ridge Hill throughout the holiday season.
